Cracking coating on photo frame

Hi Gang
Anyone had any problems with the MDF photo frames from Lonforte ??
After pressing the coating is like crackle glazed, pressing at light pressure 190 for 60 secs
Not had this problem before on previous frames.
Any Thoughts, Thanks in advance
