Re: Screen Printing Equipment - Full, top quality set-up, everything you could ever want!

Post by Justin »

I am looking at selling my complete Screen Printing set-up. This set-up is all great quality and has had very little use. My business has gone in a different direction and whilst I love screen printing, no longer have the time or space to work with it :-(

Current retail price on all of this would be in the region of £11k plus shipping. I am looking for £6000 for absolutely everything. This is an absolute bargain and includes delivery door to door which will probably cost me in the region of £500+.

I would prefer to sell as a complete setup but would consider offers for larger items if no takers.

Please be aware that it will take me a little time to crate/palletise everything and arrange the delivery.

Prices shown in brackets are current supplier prices inc. VAT but not delivery.

Riley Hopkins Jnr Carousel - 6 Colour/4 Station (£2398)
https://daveroper.co.uk/product/hopkins ... 4-station/
Fantastic top quality professional carousel. Had very little use and is 'as new' unmarked condition.

Riley Hopkins Jnr Press Cart for above Carousel with screen storage (£418)
https://daveroper.co.uk/product/riley-h ... ress-cart/

Riley Hopkins Large Cart with screen storage (£444)
https://daveroper.co.uk/product/riley-h ... ress-cart/

Vastex D-1000 Conveyer Dryer (£2886)
http://www.dalesway.co.uk/vastex-d100.htm
Superby tunel dryer. again 'as new'. Has been used for less than 2 hours in total and is totally unmarked.

Vastex E-1000 Screen Exposure Unit (£1935)
http://www.dalesway.co.uk/vastex-e1000.htm
Vaccum unit for professionally exposing screens. Far better than a halogen setup, much quicker with great results.

BBC Flash Dryer (£1020)
https://daveroper.co.uk/product/bbc-bla ... -24inches/
As new, less than 3 hours use. one of the best spot dryers available, this one is Riley green to match the carousel.

Washout Booth - Aluminium (£306)
http://www.screenprintequipment.co.uk/washtanks.html

Screens Mixed (Approx. 20 - £400)
All aluminium framed screens, mixed mesh sizes.

Epson 1500w Printer with Blacquer inks installed, used for making A4/A3 positives, refil carts with plenty of ink/cleaning fluid (Approx £500)

A4/A3 Positives, almost full box of each.

Dip Tanks x 2 (£100's!)
Very expensive dip tanks for cleaning screens that cost several hundred pounds each. Personally I prefer the old fashioned way of cleaning but these are great for stubborn screens. Chemicals will be included but have been used a little. One has a tap which could do with being sealed, I prefer to use the one without a tap.

Cleaning Chemicals, Squeegees, Plastisol Inks, Coating Troughs, Screen Tapes, 6 x Spray Glue (Easily £500+)
Everything you could possibly need to get started including additives, curable reducer, mixing pots/sticks and so on.

Additional Platens for Carousel (Approx. £100)

4 x Regular, 2 x Medium, 2 x Large, 1 x Sleeve platen. All work on above carousel but don't all have brackets attached. The brackets can easily be swapped over though.

Halogen Exposure Unit (£178)
Purchased from Wicked Printing Stuff, this is a basic kit, halogen lamp on a stand. Works fine and great for larger screens that don't fit vacuum unit. I keep as a backup.

Smaller Flash Dryer (£218)
Cheaper Flash Dryer also bought from WPS. Great as a secondary dryer, has a smaller heat area than BBC above.

I'm heading down into England at the start of June, if anyone's interested in this set-up please let me know and I 'might' be able to deliver depending on location.

Hi Justin,
it's a fantastic setup, top Q geer, and a fantastic price too.
If I hadn't just ordered my 'Little Buddy' drier (arrived tuesday) I would have probably taken the lot.

This is all great quality kit folks. If you are wanting to get into screen and want to do it properly, this is the works!

Are you VAT registered Justin? Only wondered as a buyer might then reclaim the vat making that down to £5k

Indeed it is :-) I'm holding off eBay for now but have started sending emails to suppliers to see if they're interested.
