Ricoh SG3110DN , corner of paper being bent while printing.

Hi everyone,

i am having problems with a new ricoh printer which i have only had for 2 days...

when im printing a picture , one corner of the paper gets bent while printing , i have found that the printer head is doing this when turning right to left.

As the printer head moves , it touches one corner of the paper and therefore this causes the corner getting bent. This only happens when im printing something that has large content ,
it does not happen when printing text (maybe because the printer prints quickly when printing small content?)

I have also tried different papers but this is still happening.

Any help?

Sorry to state the obvious but this isn't normal so send printer straight back.
