Need a t-shirt for a very large lady

Does anyone know a supplier of very large size ladies t-shirts? Most I see are XXL or size 18-20 but this lady needs a size 22. I may have to get a man's size, but what is the equivalent?

Might be worth looking at Kustom Kit as well.

If you have them over there try the JHK brand, they have a special range for the larger person. Or Promodoro which will go up to 3Xl for woman and 5Xl for men.

Thanks all. Will check out your suggestions. I had a chat with my BTC account manager and eventually chose a unisex Gildan as I needed to have delivery by Monday. But for the future I'll investigate larger sizes for women.
