hi all i no a few of you said you had the epson 1500w printer i bought it couple weeks ago with the CISS
my problem is the print looks faded on the picture also the writing is not black its coming out like a faded black is there anything i can do to solve this problem i have searched the forum but cant find much info
any in put is really appreciated cheers phil

We need to know a bit more information, for example what ink are you using, paper etc.

What file type are you printing from? It is best in RGB, not CMYK.
What are your printer settings? Are you using an ICC profile?
What are you printing onto?

ICC profiles are a way of getting the printed page to colour match the image on the screen. It is quite a complex subject, and you will need to search the forums and the internet for a full answer.
Your design, in photoshop should be set to RGB (Red, Green,Blue) not CMYK.

In the meantime, try these settings, to see if they make things better. They are what I used before I had ICC profiles installed, and gave good vivid results and good blacks, printing graphics ( not photos) onto fabric.
Click onto 'settings' on the 'Advanced' tab to open the 'Colour Controls' window.
You can play around with the settings until you get a result you like.

You really need an ICC, this is specific to your printer, paper, ink and often item to which you are printing. You may be lucky with PW66 settings, but it is a long shot!

Your very welcome.
Those settings are not a substitute for a good ICC profile, but they served me well when using through 2 litres of ink with a bad ICC profile.
The benefit of a good profile is that your colours should be spot on, first time, which is essential if you are doing lots of 'one off' designs. I do manly longer print runs, so it doesn't hurt me to go through a bit of 'trial and error' to get thing right.

Your ink supplier should have a reasonable generic profile for Inktec Sublinova/1500w combination.
