Maybe look at changing the way you want to do this. Rather than sublimation, you can use transfer papers which can be printed onto (inkjet/laser) and you then use your heat press to bond to substrate e.g. wood
If you have colour laser then try http://www.yolo.co.uk/techni-print-hard ... 9125-p.asp
If you have inkjet then try http://www.yolo.co.uk/jet-pro-sofstretc ... er-2-p.asp

You will need a flat substrate surface and of course ask for some trial sheets first (free if you become a premium member on this forum and then 15% off all items when you purchase!) in case the above process is not good enough for your needs.

I was recalling Yolo talking about it on this forum a while back. Send Yolo Creative a PM asking if they will supply you, a DSF premium member, a couple of trial sheets. Apologies as well as DSF discount is 10% which makes their 20% off at the moment very tempting.
