Hi,

I got this problem. All the photos i print has a red tone to the photo.

I read online that the problem might be the ICC profile. Is there anyway i can get these profile to match my printer and ink?

my printer is Ricoh Aficio SG3110dnw. I am using the korean sublimation ink for sublimation printing (link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/2212316881 ... 1231688111)

Hi John.

Have you done a nozzle check to make absolutely sure you have none blocked?

I've read that someone in this forum makes good custom ICC profiles (is it Paul?). Maybe he will come along shortly and put you in the picture.
