Reflective Folio/vinyl

I have just recieved an order for 154 Jacket backs to be printed in reflective vinyl. A4 size but the picture is of an old Black and white cottage with lots of fine detail and text . Each one takes at least 15mins to weed. Thank god the customer has given me 3 weeks to do them .
The Jacket has to be washed at 40c, once a week in an industrial washer so the vinyl has to be wash resistant. Ive found the vinyl and the customer has done tests on the Jacket and is happy with the quality.
Looking forwards to the money but not the weeding. My fingers are going to be Raw. Should be fun.

Thanks. It looks like I shall be wrapping Marmite or food parcels and bringing them over for Xmas.
