Windows 10 vs the Ricoh GX3300

I have an ongoing issue with the two together, if i put the computer to sleep or turn it off, it seems to loose the details of the printer all together, and although the printer is sitting there, blue light shining, on the same IP address as its always been - it remains "offline" and unuseable, has anyone else had this issue?? I have now had the lovely lads at Sawgrass reload my drivers etc several times, but surely there has to be a one time fix for this ??
