Paper creasing / wrinkling during transfer Rotary Calender press

Hello, I would like to solve a problem. I try to do large format banner with my rotary heat press but during the transfer process I always have creasing issues.

Here is my setup:

I have my printed paper on top of the machine with some tension on it.
I have the fabric in the bottom of the machine without tension on it.

I transfer at 207 degrees.

there is always mini folds in the fabric when it enter into the calender and the paper is creasing a little bit.

I just want to try another setup that will make a smoother sandwich beetween the fabric and the paper in the entry of the calender.
