Paypal Downloads - Anyone else use this?

Does anyone else use the download feature in Paypal to bulk download orders for offline processing? We had our developers implement an import of the downloads file from Paypal into our system in order to speed up the process of creating invoice sheets and delivery address labels. Up until now it has been a "copy and paste" job from the Paypal email.

We though everything was going well until we noticed that the name of the recipient of the order, if different to the buyer, does not get included in the Paypal downloads. Basically, even if the delivery address is confirmed then the name of the person receiving the order does not get exported even though it shows in Paypal transaction details.

Basically, what's the point of the download export if it doesn't contain correct delivery address information?!

We of course have talked to Paypal who said "ummm, not it doesn't does it".

Anyone else use downloads and come across this issue and perhaps resolved it?
