My heat press has packed in (BMS DF20) - electrical fault, all lights on LCD is flickering and sometimes not even turning on. Tried with 4 different cables. The high pitched beeping sound is not flat also Does this fault typically get covered under warranty? It's only 6 months old. Cheers:)

What did supplier say? I would expect at least 12 months on the press, usually the exception is with the element.

trade products don't have the same inplicit guarentee that consumer goods do ..... so you don't automatically get any warranty.
If you bought it from a reputable supplier I am confident you will be covered (thou probably not for transport either way) but if a cheapo off flea bay, you are almost certainly on your own.

BMS have been great. Scotty has sent out a new control unit today at no charge - cannot ask for better service than that, hopefully it resolves the issue:)
