Re: Storing Prints

Post by Purple Chicken »

Hi All
Hope this is the best place for this post.

I have previously stored sublimation mug prints in plastic wallets rather than storing the pressed mugs - however time has caused the ink to bleed; is there a solution to storing mug prints or is it better to just print the mugs and store them?
Any advice welcome =D

MANY THANKS

We do not hold prints for more than 5 days as we have found the expensive way that ink does change quite quickly.

OK thanks for your reply, has anyone found a way to hold them any longer?

laser prints last indefinitely, but I wouldn't think that sub ones would remain stable..... you might try interleaving with barrier paper, and keeping cool, dry and dark.
