What bags / packaging do you all use for single tshirts? The ones I get come without packaging.

I fold the t shirt around a thin card (Google shirt boards) and slide it into a thin polythene garment bag. This then goes into a grey mailing bag. Total cost of packaging is under 5p.

Hi Ian. Could you point me in the direction of the garment bags please.

They are 9.5" x15" thin polythene bags bought off eBay. A search should find them. The shirt boards are from Transpack and need to be trimmed down the long edge to fit.

There are those on eBay with suffocation warnings printed on them and holes punched in the bag, plus reseal tops. Youmight want to consider choosing them for piece of mind. You can get shirts into food grade bags but these lack the holes and warnings.
