HELP - Roland advice urgently needed

Hi there,
Is there anyone online this afternoon that has a Roland machine that has had experience of cleaning it. We're getting ready to move house on Monday and trying to clean it in order to move it, but the process has used the entire cleaning cartridge during the first clean of the first cartridge slot. We now can't clean the other slots. Anyone got any advice or know how we can get another Eco Sol cleaning cartridge urgently! Anyone who might be able to have a chat over the phone?
