Re: Sublimated tiles for firepaces

Hi All, I've been selling tiles for a while now (Longforte /Novachrome) and I've had an inquiry for a set of tiles for grouting into a fireplace surround. Has anyone done this? Do you think the tiles would survive direct heat? I'd be worried about them fading.

One note would be to use sandless grout to avoid scratching.

Thanks Justin, that's a good point. I'm sure I read about a coating you can apply to protect the tiles too but I can't find it again.
