3042 shutting down mid heat cycle

I have a 3042 heat press, while it was running slates the other day the machine shut down mid cycle and lost power. It came back on and every thing was lost setting wise. I reset it and the same result. Any one else experienced this. I'm not sure if the mother board is going out or there is a power supply issue
