WOW 7.7 need help

Its the first time since Christmas that I've used wow and having snags. Is there somewhere I can buy some gloves that aren't to thick to use when I peel back the backing. As you have to cover it with Teflon and keep it down when you peel it back. I think this is where I'm failing as not all the image is being transferred over, plus there is a slight blue tinge on back on the ones that I've peeled back. Ready to throw out dam printer and sell the damn thing, tried it 4 times and and waste time and money.Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated from those who use wow.7. Yes I phoned magic touch and they have given advice but its not working and they are busy today. thank you

We have found that the current batch needs a bit more cooking to get full transfere, - we increased temp 5c and time 20secs
If you start your peel and notice it is incomplete, - just press it for another 30secs and have another go, - usually works!
Our shop is much colder at the mo, so we spend longer warming up the lower blanket than we do in summer.
Yup, - I agree it can be frustrating, but the above worked for us.

It's annoying how it varies from batch to batch, and like you say ambient temperature can make a huge difference.

Thanks, but does the blue tinge mean, had a bad day had a successful shoplifter in, but passed it to his mate, just a pair of junkies but just pee me off them doing in front of me and not been able to do anything. The was going all day, salespeople and cold callers and a few other things then wow.7. I really did feel like having a childish tantrum, Will try the suggestions tomorrow.
