transfer paper

Hi guys joined the site a few days ago, I have been doing mugs and shirts for a while but using vinyl for the shirts, I am going to start printing pictures etc using transfer paper
just wondered if any ones has one that they use and the settings to go with I have heard a lot about Jet pro soft stretchand PPD light and dark transfer paper but has anyone got a prference
