Geez! I Need MORE Help!

Really sorry guys, I'm asking for more help to get my site working right.

My site also host a couple of pages/shop for a local basketball team here: http://stitch-up.com/cougars/

Something has changed and I have no idea how the change came about - it used to be that if you went to http://stitch-up.com/cougars you'd get a basic information page up and then when the Cougars Basketball banner image was clicked you'd go to the product page here: http://stitch-up.com/cougars/shop/?___store=cougars

Somehow, that no longer happens! Clicking the Cougars Basketball banner image doesn't go anywhere!!

I'm losing business and getting calls from customers wanting to order = nightmare for me as I have no idea where to go to make what is likely a simple change.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I've been using FileZilla to try and find where any change can be made, so far, no success!

Thanks for the reply Although I'm seeing the banner pictures not what you typed I think I know what you're on about.

What is the easiest way/software to find, edit and save my website code? I use FileZilla which shows me all the folders and files that make up my website but locating the target file and specific line to edit is causing me a bit of grief I'm sure I'm missing something!
