Hi Ravisteam
To prevent dye going through to the back layer of your cushion put a piece print paper between the two layers. Also if you are using your Teflon sheet direct on top of your cushion you really need to clean it before using it again as any dye that is on the Teflon sheet will transfer onto the next thing you print. We tend to use a sheet of craft paper on top of what we print and replace it with a new sheet when needed.

Hi Ravisteam, yes it is best to use a new piece every time. It does seem a it wasteful but it helps keep the dye from getting transferred where you don't want it.
I don't have the link handy, but we normally buy it off eBay by the roll.
Here is the link to what we last bought

you could always pop into your local chip shop and see if they will sell you a pack of their paper, its about £8/£10 a pack from the wholesalers
