Phone insert problem

Can someone give me some pointers here please, im having trouble with printing metal inserts for phones, they print ok but i always have a kind of pitted finish on them that doesnt look good.

Have you removed the protective film?

Equipment used A4 Ricoh printer, HP3085 Heat Press Graphtec cutter, Jarin mug press, CJV 30-60 solvent printer and lots of help from DSF.

having looked closer the pitting seems to be in the inserts themselves, does anyone else use Longforte metal inserts?

I do only had iphone 6 ones and only used 2 so far and seem fine
