I am considering printing onto a range of 'nicer' looking blanks using TMT CPM paper. I'm assuming it isn't suitable for a dishwasher, but is the image easily scratched off? Can you use a bog standard laser printer?

Thanks.

The theory is 'any' laser printer, BUT Magic Touch only recommend a few BECAUSE you don't want to damage your fuser unit with the media..... = £$£ !
Laser transferes need long slow high temperature fusing, - so big old laser printers are usually better than compact fast modern ones...... The thick media can suck the heat out of the fuser drum so that by the end of a page it is too cold to fuse properly.
There used to be recommended models, I know others will work but it is up to you to try.....
You can increase the durability of prints by 'baking' the result after peeling under your press to harden the image.

The main problem is finding items that can withstand the application temperature.

WORKS FINE ON GLASS, - WINE BOTTLES ETC, - BEST TO COVER THE WHOLE GLASS/BOTTLE ooops, - so you don't get an area that looks different. - same with diaries, notebooks etc

What do you suggest to use to cover with the glass, not doing diaries or notebooks. I have to order a new mug press to do the glass a mine is not suitable. Going to get the press of magic touch., as they are the one ones that do the cpm
