Full Colour Garment Vinyl Printing

Hi,
Does anyone do full colour printing on garment vinyl?
I need a quote for just the vinyl printing as follows:

Image size: 200mm x 100mm rectangle shape
Image format: jpg
Garment to be printed: Cotton Tote Bag
Qty: 100, 200, 500

Also need a quote for the same as above but the image is 300mm x 150mm

I will be pressing these myself on to the bags.

My customer isn't sure on the size or quantity yet which is why I have requested several quotes.

Can anyone help or know of anyone who can. Also what is the turn around time
