hi guys have heard alot about this forum so am hopeing that you can help me i have a new ricoh 3110 dn printer with sub ink and photo shop tex print paper i cant get a bright print out of the printer have tryed power driver still the same the place i bought it from cant help say its an icc profile??????? blues are purple the reds are orange ect yellow bearly see it .
it prints dull and comes out of the mug press dull not sure what to do next

Hi icb and welcome to the forum everyone's talking about :-)

Have a good read through the forums and you'll probably find the answer you're looking for. It sounds like you're using Sawgrass inks? If so and you have Powerdriver installed you need to check through all of your settings. You can find this on the Sawgrass website. Check you have the software settings properly set up.

If you're still having problems as this same question in a forum outside if this intros section and you will get better exposure :-)

thanks justin i forgot to menchion it seems to print the blue in a photo but not the writing wierd i know i even try to save the text as a jpeg to see if that made a diference but it didnt although photo still not bright but better than the text

Just realised where you're posting this, I'll move it to a more relevant section. Sounds to me like software setup but could be a number of things....

What inks are you using and where did you buy from?
