Listawood - Left feeling confused.

As posted yesterday, I am looking at purchasing a sublimation starter pack. One of the potential suppliers being Listawood.

I rang today and outlined my requirements to a lovely lady called Emma.

I'm looking at purchasing a mug starter pack, list price £499.00 + VAT. I want to exchange the Genie press for the Genie Plus which includes the extra sleeves to produce latte mugs. There is a price difference of £70.00 + VAT. Added to this I wanted an extra box of 36 mugs - £35.28 + VAT.

This gives a total additional cost of £105.28 + VAT.

Now the slightly wierd bit..... Listawood come back to me with a supply price of £1029.86 !!

Is there anyone on here can explain how or why ?

Hi Justin. i was in the process of paying my membership when you replied.

I've tried to contact Listawood earlier for an explanation as to the excessive quote, but no response.

I wouldn't normaly raise something like this on a forum, before getting a response but I'm eager to get started.

In addition to this, the huge difference in what was expected and what has been quoted has left me shocked.

I was hoping that a representative or someone with closer links with Listawood may look on this forum and offer some form of explanation.
