Hi all
Hopefully someone can shed some light on this
I have Ricoh SG3110dn all set up and working but having some issues with prints

Company I bought from have been really helpful, they have even done a print using same inks, profile and paper and sent to me

I am happy that that side of things is ok, my question really is

They use coral paintshop pro x7 and have sent me the settings for that
I downloaded trial version and mirrored their settings, there is a big improvement

I am a photoshop user so would prefer to be able to work through that but when i print using what i believe are the correct settings the image quality is a lot worse

The icc profile they have sent me seems to put a mask over the images, this icc is tested and working profile

I am at a loss now
Does anyone use standard settings and get good results, if so can you possibly let me know what you are set at

I have tried 4 different paper types, papers I have had good results with using a far inferior printer

Any help or advice is much appreciated

You responded so yeah you have been helpful :)
I have asked the compnay i bought printer from if powerdriver will help
It is weird how they use everything same as me (but in paintshop pro) yet the results are so different

I run my Ricoh using an ICC profile so my photoshop print screen looks like this:

If you use an ICC profile as above, also change the printer preferences: color profile needs to be off.
Go printer preferences, choose user settings. then set "color profile" off.

Remember the print will look dull on paper, but should be clear when pressed
