Looking into buying mugs. I am sure this has been asked before but can't seem to find the answers!

11oz or 10oz? Does size matter or is it what you do with it?

Its all down to preference.

My customers prefer the 10oz, other customers prefer 11.

Excellent... Will need to try both out and see. As a keen coffee drinker the extra 1oz might help get me through the day.

Europe seems to have the preference for 10 whilst North America still has the 11oz as the more popular. I find the 10oz a little more subtle and less "builder like" if that makes sense. We do use the 11oz for the black panel mugs and these look good so it is possibly just what you get used to.
