Eeek! I have just got a new computer, after installing the V4 PowerDriver I was getting issues when printing files that had graphics, basically wouldn't print and getting 'VPD4' error.

Sawgrass support have came back to me to say:
"...unfortunately our V4 PowerDriver is not compatible with InDesign. This is why you are having problems. If you purchase Photoshop, Corel Draw or Illustrator, the PowerDriver will work successfully."

I can't afford to subscribe/buy new software just so I can hit 'print', and call me tight but having a problem accepting that they would even suggest this. Indesign has always worked 100% with past PowerDrivers.

Is there any other way to print from the computer to the Ricoh 3110DN?

That is what I kinda thought Justin (not that I know much)....that lady freaked me out a bit.

I previously used the PowerDriver R with no issues and have now been given the link to it....seems the lady dealing with my enquiry is new to the job.

Sawgrass have replaced personnel in their UK tech support office so I'm told, not before time either. I'd hope these new staff are a bit more clued up though.
