does anyone here print lanyards ? i want the ribbon to be black with print on

Depends on how many and the number of colours.

Anyone with an OKI White machine will be able to do it, but if you want large numbers it will not be economical that way and you would be better to try someone like Listawood who screen print.

Listawood sell blank stock which is good quality and a good price.

thanks - yes will be about 100 of each design, and i dont want any background colour showing, ive looked at the ones isub supply - but you have to sew them - and i really dont have time for that
