Graphtec cutter won't cut exact size

Been using the Graphtec with corel x5 for a while now and never had an issue with it.
Today though i needed to cut something exactly 480mm high. and cutting master 2 shows it is 484mm high.
I have checked the step size is the same in both cutting master and the Graphtec (CE 5000-60) its the same (ie 0.100)

Job size is set to 100% and proportional.

Am i missing a setting somewhere ?

Is this set to be proportional to the width of the vinyl? If so, are you sure there is 480mm available to the cutter?

hi,

the vinyl is 500mm wide, and polling the size from the cutter shows i have 483mm available to cut in
The size in corel draw is 480mm..
perplexed !

update fixed it .. under advanced in cutting master there is a setting for panel margin (for weed lines) it was affecting the size even though i have weed lines turned off.
anyway that sorted it !

I had a very similar issue but luckily I could turn the designs I had to fit in better. Does it attempt to cut and miss part of the design or just not try at all?
