I bought the start up package from Listawood and the mugs that came with it were the Duraglaze Durham mug. They were dead straight and printed perfectly and my designs were with only 3mm gap top and bottom or full height. The next box had a taper to the mug and I struggled printing these, Listawood sent another box (I have to say at this point Listawood have been very good and I will happily recommend them) but that was a struggle as well. I have mugs from another supplier now and they are ok. It does seem that batches of mugs do vary which is a little concerning. I suspect some presses cope with tapering mugs better than others.
