SC 28113 Error on Ricoh 3110DN

My out of warranty Ricoh has come up with an SC 28113 - Have tried everything to get it going again. It is a back up printer but really wanted to get it running again as it saved us so much time printing with 3 printers rather than 2.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Originally bought from Merlin in 2013

Thank you for the link however it is not the same error code, I did have a different error with this same printer but that was fixed under warranty.

If you speak to Merlin on Monday then they'll be able to find out want that error code is for you.
