Hi, does anyone know where I can buy kids tees age 2-3 yrs please
smallest I can find is 3-4 which I have but are too big.

most are sized 1-2/ 3-4/ 5-6/ so 2-3 is probably not possible

If you are buying bulk Ralawise or BTC Activewear are two well known suppliers. Not sure if those are suitable for sublimation though.
USING: Whatever it takes to get the job done...

Thanks, smallest size with those suppliers is 3-4yrs.
can find several US based companies selling for babies n toddlers but very little in the UK

Ralawise sell B&C collection which has 1-2 years tees in a range of colours

Will check again, am sure I checked b&c brand but they were cotton.
Im needing polyester tees for sub printing, can find loads of cotton tees but poly are very elusive for small child tees.

You are correct, sorry it was just an assumption that you could go with cotton.
