Probably find that the seller is using a dropshipping supplier and the supplier is out of stock. You will see that a lot of sellers put their prices sky high for out of stock items instead of removing the auction listing - especially if their listing is for say 30 days and they expect the item to be back in stock during that period.

All of these go up to 220c+ so should be fine. The third link is however to the model that I bought and that I have recommended to others (and it has a wider measuring range if you needed one)

I had the same email this morning.
Bought another one off ebay - actually cheaper than the original one - it seems as if the latest seller is using a drop shipper fas some of their products can be posted to N. Ireland others can't. Hope the drop shipper doesn't run out.

I don't have an ebay account for use with my business so I've just ordered this from Amazon @ £15 inc delivery:

Just got a further email from the seller this morning.
My payment will be refunded in two working days.
So not only did they not answer my question as to why the delivery email was sent out two days before the recall notice, the Cheeky beggers will have had my money in their account for 7 days before I get it back !
I mean they could have just sent me the refund in the same time it took to send me the mail.

PayPal takes about a week to refund if there are no current funds in the PayPal account, unless they've sped up the process since I last had to use it.

Takes me seconds to send someone money by paypal, However having never cancelled a transaction via paypal that then requires them to pay the money back is something I have never done so you may be right.
