i have an icc profile i got it when i got the printer, i got it sent in an email, right clicked and installed, thinks thats all i had to do, i think i have a applied it properly too, i dont know if i am being picky but i want the pics on it to be perfect

If all you have done is right clicked and installed then all you have done is copied the ICC profile to a windows directory - that's all this install does. You have to use the ICC profile in a graphics package such as photoshop or CorelDraw and configure your printer settings in the control panel. These must be done to use the profile correctly.

So you're sure the profile is correctly applied. If so then print squares of CMYK in photoshop or CorelDraw and press to a mug. Are the colours on the mug the same as on screen?

The link below will give you some help, but the S21 isn't a supported printer so the guides won't show specifically how to set this up but the principle is you need to link the ICC profile to the graphics package AND configure your printer. There are 2 sections on the link which will give some direction...

thanks ian, done the settings almost the same but i used the trupix icc profile, all seems to be well but i still think i am over cooking the mugs that make the black kinda brown, but yous have been great will post soon and let yous know how i get on
