If it is imported images it is possible the background is 'coloured' in some way that isn't apparent when looking at the image. I had a similar problem and only by working to remove the background could I resolve it.

One of them is actually a transparent background, and the others I have printed previoulsy with the Epson with no problem.

My profile correction didn't work, in actual fact the colours were made worse. Was told with my hair I would never go bald, I'm starting to doubt that theory now !!

Quick update on this, first chance I've had. I spent some time cleaning my computer up of all old profiles and re-installing the Ricoh stuff. 99% of the problems have dissapeared, just an odd one which suggest it's the image. Something I can live with for now :)
