You know, for the past decade the UK economy has fallen victim to criminality,
corruption & greed - often all together.

At the present the UK
economy is in a dreadful mess. The greed & criminal activities of the banks
and other large corporations has sucked the life blood out of our societies.
Combine this with greedy and often corrupt politicians and you have a recipie
for disaster.

I love sport but I'm now finding it increasingly difficult
to motivate myself for great events like the Olympics!

While our public
services are being starved of resources.
While people are being thrown out of
their jobs.
While families are losing their homes.
While our elderly are
not properly cared for.
While our soldiers return home from wars in
Afghanistan, serving their country only to find themselves dismissed and without
a job.
While children, families & the elderly find themselves living in
poverty.
And while all these corrupt, criminal and greedy banks, politicians
& corporations are still screwing us .........................

Nah, I don't care about the Olympics

When the UK started to plan the Olympics in 2005,
our wonderful politicians told us gulible people the cost would be £2.5Billion.
It's now estimated to have cost 10 times that and still rising -
£25Billion!!!!

We've endured a number of financial scandals in the
UK.
The Banks mis-selling financial products.
The Banks rigging interest
rates.
The Banks & other financial institutions doing dodgy deals and
losing BIG TIME. Then they turn to the British taxpayer to be bailed out costing
us trillions! This why our country is in such a dreadful mess financially. This
is why so many British citizens are suffering the miserable
consequences.

And while all this is happening the Banks have been fixing
interest rate - people have to pay more for their mortgages, for many their
homes were repossessed! Businesses have had to pay more for their borrowings,
for many it was too much and businesses collapsed. Why? Because of the
criminality of the banks.

I now hear the Murdochs don't want to invest in
the UK anymore preferring the USA Image. Hey guys,
you're welcome - Rupbert and his son lack any morals, they are so arrogant they
think themselves above the law and in the UK they pay politicians and the police
to ensure their untouchable - more commonly know as bribes. Now they've been
rumbled they're heading your way. Watch out!

I have no problem with hard
working people earning plenty. The guys who start businesses, go through the
tough times, take the risks & perhaps sometimes risking more than they
should. These guys desrve to be rewarded properly. When bankers & city
slickers cheat, commit fraud and criminal acts, falsley increase interest rates
for their own personal gain ............ I'd like to find an uninhabited island,
send them all there and let them fester in their own cesspit of greed.

Oh gosh and I thought I was the only one wondering whether we can pull this Olympic thing off without too much embarrassment! To try and get into the spirit of it all, I attended our local torch/cauldron lighting event and it was the most dullest thing...they couldn't have misjudged the crowd any more than they did. A contemporary dance/choir act and a heavy rock band left the crowd cold and lacking enthusiasm. I'm not saying there's not a place for contemporary dance or heavy rock, it was just very misplaced for a gathering ranging from 0-80 years. A big shame.

I didn't type all that this morning :) I gathered together posts I'd made in some other forums and pasted them here, hence the repeats :)

The shirt is a 'mock-up'. I use Arsenal GoMedia mock-up templates - they're superb and in Photoshop layers. I created layers for all the colours in the Gildan range.
