Well now you have cracked it congratulations! Wonder if you could let us know what you did to perfect it? Perhaps it will save someone else pulling their hair out in the future :smile:

it is a 5 in one machine and unsure if it is Fahrenheit or:redface: Celsius, i put it at 180 and for 180 seconds as told on here, but still no joy so i upped to around 300 as i thought it must be Fahrenheit and for 180 seconds and cracked it.

Well thanks for that info, if it is in F and not C then 180C = 356F. But if it is 'not broke then don't fix it' comes to mind.
