Still haven't managed to sort cutter,

When ever i plug cutter in it comes up with installing driver, then says ready,
but when in Artcut 2009 i can't find any usb ports. also on the help video on lovecut site they click a model number for the cutter but this does not match the model they have sent me mine is not on the list

I've tried calling them this morning 3 times but no answer, i have a sign to do which client wants within next 2 weeks for store opening so i am getting rather stressed

hi. you need to look for it under com/lpt section as usb in chinese cutters are not real usb's. they sort of adapters. please disconet everything of your computer like bluetooth adapters, printers etc. open device manager and after connecting cutter click search for changes. it has to be some change there. if that no help please change your usb slot. chinese motheroards in those machines work only on com1 to com8 no any higher. so check all your usb's. also check diferent cable to.

iam on the way to london now so after I will back home i will have a look for driver for your cutter as supplier of my cutter sent me cd with all lot for ch. cutters lol. verry good guy. took me step by step to instal my one. after i email him he ring me up to help.

I looked under com/lpt section nothing changes. Under usb it changes as "printing support device" i don't know where the bluetooth things come from i only have one bluetooth dongle i plug in when customers need to bluetooth images.

so there is driver not instaled correctly. have you got access to diferent pc or laptop?? also what windows you have?

can you let us know what help you have asked for / received from lovecut, it might help us when we decide to buy a new cutter

i downloaded the trial of signgo and it works on that no problem,

I'm using vista home premium

lovecut can be a pain at answering calls
there is only 2 of them work there and everytime i ring they are always really busy
and ben the owner is extremely hard to get hold of

i dread to think what my set up would be like if i got one as i have a mac

stick with it aligator when its working you'll look back with fond memories lol

you can have a go with SignBlazer Elements. extremly easy to use.
