Hi thanks for that we have been playing with 3mm acrylic and getting reasonable results

I found that the prints were great on 3mm acrylic but it was so difficult to stop them warping when taken out of the press. I tried weighting them down etc but results were too variable to consider selling them.

We used a second press mech which we had on a warm temp to flatten them out - put in heated warm press, and then shut tight on acrylic sheet, and then turn off press to slowly cool it off, while under pressure
