If I remember correctly I think it's cheaper to run but I haven't used it for 9 years.

Yeah, that's a three phase supply, but only one phase connected to the meter at the moment - you'll need an electrician/the electric co to sort you out with connecting up a three phases meter, and a 3 phase fuse board/consumer unit
