The preferences for Xpress mugs is interesting - my fear is that they are not dishwasher proof:

[FONT=&quot]"Dishwasher resistant up to 800 wash cycles at 45°C."

Do you tell your customers to only wash at 45C?

I ask because when I look at mug reviews on Amazon, a frequent complaint / compliment about the mugs people have brought is around them fading/not fading.

My thought was to go for BMS European because of that.

I've been told LW are good against dishwashers, but from this threat it sounds like there is a cracking issue.

Only way to be sure is to get samples and test them, that's what I did way back when. At least you can speak from experience when customers ask the question.

Another vote for the xpress 5013's, second place are the listawood AAA's.

Ordered a box of Signzworld mugs once to check them out ...... Returned them immediately yet I still feel violated.

Go for it, you should see a significant difference. Xpress will send you a sample if you ask them.

I ordered a box of 11oz mugs from Longforte and had 9 broken at the handle.
Emailed them a few days ago but no response sadly. Will try the xpress ones from the reviews on here.

I would love to use Duraglaze, but they cost 1.59£ in my country and 0.98£ in UK. That’s ridiculous... I don’t know why such a big difference in price
