my 7100 persistently has the same jet on one particular head block - print a nozzle check and its always the same jet. I run two head cleans (single head) print a couple of nozzle tests and its done. Usually occurs when printer has been left for a day or two (switched on) - and when I am in a desperate hurry to get a single mug printed and out the door!
