Yeah, I noticed just after I posted it had regular ink in. Thanks for the info. Does he supply sub ink too? In bulk? Can you think of other things I need? Cleaning things etc? I am just starting at this.
thanks in advance.

Spike

I would suggest you get yourself a cup of tea/coffee some biscuits and then settle down and work your way through the forum. As far as I know ALL your questions have been asked on this forum at one time or another and have therefore been answered.

Cheers James. Just checked that link and that is way above my budget. That is a crazy price. I figured it would be around same as other CISS's £30 ish. I already ordered half the gear including printer.
I have read probably 500+ threads regarding different setups. Its pretty hard to make up your mind with so many differing opinions.
cheers,

Spike,

The ink is NOT cheap, and I would strongly advise not to go down the buying cheap sub ink route either, because you will get crap ink and therefore crap printing on what ever you want to print onto.

The £30.00 price mark is only for the ordinary ink and all you can do with that is to print onto paper and not a lot more. You cannot use it to print Mugs, T Shirts etc.

Yep, there is a lot to read and untill/unless you do read it all or at least the areas that are for you, you wont get the full picture with regards setting up and running your system(s).

I found out most of what I know just by spending time reading the forum, and seeing what the replies were etc, and yes I still make mistakes, (like getting mugs from a donut who said that they were dishwasher proof and they wern't), but not as many!

You could buy that, but you still need to get the ink! Which as I said is not cheap!

I know what you are saying, but it seems quite reasonable on CityInkExpress. Did you ever try them? I want to know if I can trust them!
