Ace 4 cases from Coralgraph

My main supplier let me down so had to order some Ace 4 cases from Coralgraph and my first customer emailed to say it didn't fit, they sent me a picture with their handset near the case and I was smaller by quite a lot so I believe they are for the Ace 4 LTE.

Has anyone got any of these cases from Coralgraph and can confirm which handset they are for as I emailed coralgraph days ago and still waiting for a reply

Still haven't sorted this and coralgraph are still not replying to my emails.
I got some from weprintforyou but they also don't fit the ace 4 as a family member has got the ace 4 from carphone warehouse
It has the model number Sm g357fz
I still believe they are for the ace 4 lte but can't seem to find a dummy to try or anyone with the ace 4 lte

So I'm now left with hundreds of case that are not what I wanted

should have done your research before you bought 100's, then you would not be in this situation , simple really:rolleyes:

I didn't think I had to when my supplier in China had them listed as ace 4 I've not got the time to email them and ask them to confirm every case I order is for the correct handset
You trust they list them right as my customers trust I list them correct

I didn't order many from coralgraph jut I could see what their cases were and they to are listed as the wrong handset and they are not responding to any of my emails.
Also the ones I bought from weprintforyou don't fit the ace 4 despite them saying they have sold loads.

I've never had a problem with a case before so guess it's just Samsung making similar handsets and not making it clear

why not open paypal case as "wrong item" received? They will respond soon after that. I'm sure.

I did that with my China supplier after I contacted them saying they don't fit ace 4 but they were having none of it and PayPal actually sided with them and the dispute went in their favour so I didn't get my money back and now they refuse to sell to me again
