what machines professional ppl use for 3d wrap cases

I see. I have not had this happen on any of my 3D cases but at this stage I have only done half a dozen or so. What equipment and settings are you using? It sounds to me as though the temperature is too high, the case is pressed for too long a time, or a combination of the two.

I have printed 100s and all come up same ...If I keep it less mins in the press ink wont transfer properly ..And the same time my press never stays in the same temperature it is in the range of 205C -to 160C keep changing .I only use papers .Its a big Red one ..My normal timing 12 mins after heated well ....Prints are vibrant and great ...

I have just realised that we have completely overlooked something. How many cases are you putting in your heat press each time? For me it is only one or two.
I suspect that you have the same 3D Vacuum Heat Press (model: ST3042) as me. I find that temperatures do fluctuate with these. The worst one is when I do latte mugs, where the temperature can go as low as 172C and as high as 227C. By the way, how bad does your 3D Heat Press smell when in use? Mine seems unhealthy but then I do have asthma.
Getting back on subject, I suspect now that you are heat pressing several covers at a time. If this is the case (no pun intended) and you have not already done so then try heating one cover using my settings to see how it looks. I use DyeSub papers but I am unsure whether I am allowed to state where I bought them from, but they are UK bought and good quality. I have also tried using papers bought in from China as a test and the end result on any hard surface was poor quality. These papers would only have been fine for textiles.

Hi yes i hve the same ad yours and i do print several but some times singles too..tem go up and down like a yoyo lol...i normally do 12 mins ..pepers frm uk too..i recently put the temp down to 180 c and now it seems the effect is minor but still there..but as i said before my customers dont even notice it but i am not that happy abt this lol...ill try several settings ..and would like to try urs too pls let me know them if you dont mind pls.thanks for yiu reply tho...smell ..!!i dont really hve an issue but my wife dont luke it at all..i read in several places to see its toxic but seems its not...

My settings:
Temperature: 190C
Time: 9 minutes
Use a die specific to the case to help the case keep its shape.
Pre-heat the heat press to the desired temperature and use both top and bottom heating elements (press the heat button twice to turn both on, but you will already know this).
I do not pre-heat the case die (if you pre-heat yours perhaps this could be the issue).
I tape the transfer paper to the case (of course), cutting into the corners to allow them to fold down when the silicone vacuum cover is sucked in tight around the case in the heat press. I do not tape the corners down although I think some people do this.
