That's a good point GoonerGary. Back to my own designs it is lol. I must say I have been looking through the pages that Galerion suggested and there are some good images for sale there.
It is so much less hassle to come up with your own designs as there are no copyright / intellectual property rights to worry about.

Re: Image copyright
Hi hope this is the right place to post. I'm just starting out and wanted to know how i go about getting the copy right to sell image designs on my products. I see alot of people on ebay selling images on phone case of pop star and marvel stuff ect but i can't find any where on google how to buy the licence's to do this. Any help or links would be great.
Re: Image copyright
Brand Licensing Show in London would be a good place to start but it will cost a lot and inlikely you will see a return just on ebay on your investment. 99% on ebay are without permission so at the peril of a lawsuit if and when they get caught. Trading standards now and then pull someone on ebay for this type of thing and you can get in serious trouble for it (jailtime etc).

Getting permission to sell Marvel mugs etc is almost impossible and the cost of a licence will only work out if you are supplying to national retailers. The sales on eBay and Amazon would never cover those costs. Anyone selling sublimation mugs with famous trademarks and pop star images on ebay will be selling counterfeit goods in all honesty...they are very easy to spot.markromain;99636 wrote: I see alot of people on ebay selling images on phone case of pop star and marvel stuff ect but i can't find any where on google how to buy the licence's to do this.
