Bit of a sweeping stements:) what is the matter with them? I've never used them so can't comment. I am currently using Listawood mugs but I have used BMS. Both mugs were/are fine

Hi Thanks for your inputs ....Paul I will try Listawood , Thanks ....AlanD ..Several Issues with them , courting has some black spots in some mugs .., Printing Fades from top and bottom , Colours are not quite right , Experienced Handle breaks in several Mugs (When using them ) . Print scratches ...

fading and wrong colours has no much to do with the mugs. i used 100's of CG mugs and never had a problem. also scratches. ALL mugs will scratch if you try.

Paul..I only used CG and nothing else ..Dont sell Mugs at all so far (Tho I am doing other stuff for nearly 2 yrs)...Buy printed nearly 36 Mugs of CG and cannot Satisfy with the quality ..But after seeing your reply I thought to compare with BMS and some others ....Thanks Ill get back with results .

I am with Paul on this, sounds like you have more issue's than the mug. Used many Coralgraph mugs over the years and as good as most suppliers out there. Most people have their own preferences. One of the preferred companies on here happens to be the only company where I have sent the mugs back as unusable. Also, different mugs require a slightly different method and adapting to. Sounds like your colours fading etc are more to do not printing them correctly or your set-up not being quite right.

Thanks Ill try BMS for sure .(Many ppl recomend them but I have a doubt CG and BMS both use same Chinese stuff tho ) ..Thanks
