best vinyl for this item or embroided?

I have a customer wishing to have their logo put onto the above item. I was wondering if I should sub it our for embroidery of if applying a vinyl would be ok. I am worried about pressing the fibers flat, if that makes sense. They want it in charcoal with black text.

emb would be best, danger of press marks with any heat application, some vinyls struggle to atay on shell outers, - maybe nylon flex?, WOW would work too, low temp of 130c, but still need pressure, maybe do on a hat press to minimise. imho

i printed them with hot peel flex. looked great.

I knew I shouldn't have asked. Two replies two options.. At least with embroidery I can't go wrong and damage the item. I think I will put it out on the forum and see if someone wants to give me a price for embroiding 2 of them.
